Calling All Whovians!

superwholock-ler-with-equius:

I need your guys’ help! I want to spell “bad wolf” on my wall with sticky notes with whovian’s urls on them. If you guys reblog this, I will put your url in the design. If I get too many notes, I will start another design for “T.A.R.D.I.S.” or something else after that. I will post pics afterward, and if you have a cool blog, I will follow your blog, even if you are a multi-fandom mess. Please help a fellow Whovian out!

WANT WANT WANT
8bitfuture:

Personal electric helicopter in development.
Japanese company Hirobo normally develops small remote control helicopters, but the company is now developing a ‘microhelicopter’, able to carry a single person at speeds of over 60mph for up to 30 minutes.

The HX-1 is a serious investment for Hirobo, to the tune of $125 million over the next seven years, with the first test flight taking place sometime in 2013. That massive gap (the commercial rollout is scheduled for 2021) is primarily due to regulatory hurdles, but we’d like to think that it’s enough time for us to convince Hirobo that adding a ballistic parachute is probably a smart idea. Oh, and while you’re at it, Hirobo: asking $375,000 for one of these things is absolutely nutballs, since for that price, you can go buy yourself three jetpacks with enough left over for a hefty life insurance policy.

Personally I wish the thing was powered by pressing the ‘A’ button:
